How fast can I get my models? We know you’re eager to start your next build or display! We offer three shipping tiers across the USA:

Express Shipping: $20 (3-6 business days) – For when you need your fix, fast.

Standard Shipping: $10 (7-14 business days)

Free Standard Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Available on qualifying orders!
Do you ship in "Collector-Friendly" packaging? Absolutely. We know the box condition is just as important as the model itself. Every order is wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in sturdy, reinforced boxes to prevent any "plot twists" during transit.
When will my order ship? Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy? We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns of unopened, factory-sealed items within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of collectibles, we cannot accept returns once the manufacturer's seal has been broken.
What if my model has missing parts? If your kit arrives with a manufacturer defect or missing pieces, please contact us at info@primeplot.myshopify.com with photos. We will work directly with the supplier to get you the replacement parts you need.
PRE-ORDERS
How do Pre-orders work? Many of our "Prime" items are available for pre-order. The estimated arrival date is listed on the product page. Please note that release dates can sometimes be shifted by manufacturers, but we will keep you updated every step of the way!
